If our TCO estimate for a vendor category doesn't match your real procurement experience, tell us. Include the vendor, contract size, seat count, your industry, and the actual costs you encountered. Real-world data from procurement professionals is our most valuable signal for refining benchmarks.

Procurement war stories

Negotiated a significantly better deal using SaaSScope frameworks? Encountered a hidden cost we should warn other readers about? We anonymize and feature reader case studies that help other procurement professionals avoid the same mistakes or capture similar wins.

Vendor pricing changes

Major SaaS vendors change pricing models regularly (per-seat to consumption-based, enterprise tier restructuring, AI feature pricing layers). When you notice a vendor change, telling us helps keep our benchmarks current.

Category coverage requests

We currently cover horizontal SaaS categories (CRM, marketing, ITSM, productivity). If you work in a vertical category (legal tech, healthcare IT, construction software, etc.) and want SaaSScope coverage, share your category and the typical vendors you evaluate.

What we cannot help with

SaaSScope provides general procurement guidance and TCO calculations. We are not:

Procurement consultants placed with specific vendors
Legal advisors for contract review (consult an attorney for material contracts)
Negotiating on your behalf with vendors
Endorsers of specific products

For high-stakes contracts (>$100K annual), we strongly recommend engaging a procurement specialist or having your legal team review terms. Our calculators give you a starting framework; professional expertise applies it to your specific situation.
